5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw funds earned from a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: a ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = total wagers of ৳40,000 must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each user may receive the first deposit bonus only once.
- If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
- Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
- Each bonus has a specific expiry period; any unused bonus will be removed after it expires.

5.4 VIP Program
Active players in q9992's three-tier VIP program will receive weekly cashback: Bronze — up to 0.3%, Silver — up to 0.7%, Gold — up to 1.0%. Cashback benefits are provided based on regular gaming activity, and the amount and terms are subject to change.
6. Prohibited Activities
